INTERNAL AUDITOR
\nJob purpose: to undertake the internal audit operations in order to ensure accountability and effective utilization of company resources by monitoring and evaluating on a continuous basis the adequacy and effectiveness of the company\u2019s network of risk management, controls and governance processes.
\nMain Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
To conduct audit reviews and appraisals of internal controls in order to advise management.
\nUndertake effectively the conduct of specialization audit and investigations in order to comply with stipulated terms of reference.
\nTo conduct timely pre and post audit inspection in order to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
\nTo effectively monitor the implementation of the risk management procedure in order to reduce incidences of fraud and abuse of resources.
\nTo monitor the implementation of internal controls in order to ensure transparency and accountability
\nTo undertake timely preparation and submission of management reports in order to facilitate decision making.<\/p>\n
Minimum qualifications and experience<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 certificate with Six (6) Credits
\nHolder of a Degree in Auditing\/Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACCA\/ZICA\/CIMA) or its equivalent
\nMust be a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Zambia (IIA Zambia)\/Zambia Institute of Chartered Accounts (ZICA) with Valid Driver\u2019s license
\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in internal auditing
\nAbility to work with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
\nStrong numerical skills & excellent analytical skills.
\nComputer literate will be an added advantage with knowledge of pastel and Dove<\/p>\n
