We manage construction projects from design to finish, making sure people hire the right professionals, stay on budget, and avoid costly mistakes. We\u2019re not just a platform \u2014 we\u2019re hands-on with every project. And that\u2019s where you come in.<br \/>\nCome and Help Us Keep Construction Sites Running Smoothly<br \/>\nWe\u2019re looking for someone who can support our project management team by tracking what\u2019s happening on site, checking work against approved drawings and BOQs, and making sure the right people are doing the right work, the right way, at the right time.<br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Actually Be Doing<br \/>\nYou\u2019ll be a vital pair of eyes and ears on the ground. This isn\u2019t a desk job \u2014 you\u2019ll be spending time at project sites, checking work, taking photos, asking the right questions, and flagging issues early before they become expensive mistakes.<br \/>\nYou\u2019ll also help with simple reports, tracking progress, confirming who\u2019s doing what, and following up with clients and artisans when something needs a push.<br \/>\nSome of your key responsibilities will include:<br \/>\nRegularly visiting active residential sites and tracking progress<br \/>\nFlagging delays, risks, or quality issues early<br \/>\nCommunicating clearly with service professionals and vendors<br \/>\nChecking that site work matches BOQs and drawings (and calling it out when it doesn\u2019t)<br \/>\nHelping the team prepare weekly workplans, materials checklists, or site instructions<br \/>\nKeeping our project dashboards updated with photos and notes<br \/>\nTracking budget vs actual for materials and labour<br \/>\nEscalating issues that need senior attention quickly and clearly<br \/>\nThe Kind of Person We\u2019re Looking For<br \/>\nYou\u2019ve probably worked in construction before \u2014 maybe as a site technician, assistant supervisor, or even a vendor rep. You\u2019re comfortable with the language of building sites, but you also have a strong sense of order and follow-through.<br \/>\nYou know how to keep things moving. You\u2019re not shy about calling someone to check on deliveries or asking a mason why they didn\u2019t follow the drawing.<br \/>\nYou\u2019re also tech-friendly. You don\u2019t need to be a software expert, but you should be willing to learn and use tools like Airtable or Google Drive to keep project updates clean and organised.<br \/>\nHere\u2019s what we consider must-haves:<br \/>\nAt least 2 years\u2019 experience working on residential construction sites<br \/>\nCan read and interpret construction drawings<br \/>\nStrong organisational and follow-up skills<br \/>\nGood communicator who can work with artisans and clients<br \/>\nAble to multitask across multiple active projects<br \/>\nConfident using a smartphone or tablet for site notes and photos<br \/>\nWhat It\u2019s Like Working at Rivuuz<br \/>\nWe\u2019re a small startup team with big goals and limited resources \u2014 which means we work fast, solve problems creatively, and keep improving our systems as we go.
