He\/she will maximize efficient resource utilization to ensure the smooth running of store operations.<br \/>\nLocation: The roles will be based in\u00a0Lumwana\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Solwezi.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0Right Fit\u00a0candidate will:<br \/>\nSupervise store\u2019s\/outlet\u2019s sales performance.<br \/>\nCommunicate sales goals and targets.<br \/>\nEnsure timely transmission of scheduled sales reports in accordance with organizational standards.<br \/>\nLead with service vision to provide the best customer experience for Yalelo customers.<br \/>\nMaximize efficient resource utilization to ensure the smooth running of store operations.<br \/>\nManage in-store service performance in line with Yalelo Values.<br \/>\nProtect and manages the Yalelo retail brand and reputation.<br \/>\nLead the provision of service quality and positive customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nEstablish rapport and cultivates relationships with customers.<br \/>\nThe Store Manager\u00a0Must Have:<br \/>\nDiploma In Sales and Marketing or relevant qualification (preferred).<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\nYears\u2019 experience in the desired field with any added preferences such as certifications and affiliations.<br \/>\nCustomer Service Experience.<br \/>\nLeadership Experience: Experience in similar position is an added advantage.<br \/>\nExperience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
