{"id":3952,"date":"2025-06-19T20:00:14","date_gmt":"2025-06-19T20:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/retail-store-assistant-at-yalelo-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-09-19T00:14:25","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T00:14:25","slug":"retail-store-assistant-at-yalelo-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=3952","title":{"rendered":"Retail Store Assistant at Yalelo Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yalelo\u00a0is looking for a Store Assistant to assist the Yalelo store operations by ensuring the availability of stock, the highest standard of customer service excellence, and meeting sales targets.<br \/>\nLocation: The role will be based in\u00a0Lumwana\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Solwezi.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0Right Fit\u00a0candidate will:<br \/>\nGreet and welcome customers to the store in a pleasant manner.<br \/>\nAssist in displaying products in an easy-to-locate manner.<br \/>\nConsistently utilises best practice standards in providing customer service in the retail store.<br \/>\nAssisting customers in locating desired items.<br \/>\nInforming customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.<br \/>\nPerforming regular price checks to identify and correct price discrepancies and remain well informed on any store promotions.<br \/>\nAddresses and resolves customers\u2019 complaints in a professional manner.<br \/>\nMaintains in-depth product knowledge to provide advice and recommendations as needed.<br \/>\nInspects items and products for any damages and spoilage.<br \/>\nAssists stores staff in monitoring stock inventory.<br \/>\nMaintain the store area hygiene conditions ensuring compliance with basic PRIDE principles.<br \/>\nAssists in receiving, processing, and organizing stock and store consumables deliveries accordingly with First In First Out (FIFO) disciplines.<br \/>\nThe Store Assistant\u00a0Must Have:<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\n1 Years\u2019 experience in the desired field.<br \/>\nCustomer Service Experience.<br \/>\nExperience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
