Position Summary
\nThe General Manager (GM) will oversee all aspects of daily operations, lead departmental managers, and ensure the company achieves its financial and strategic goals. This role demands a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, team-building capabilities, and a passion for performance improvement.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Provide strategic leadership and direction across all departments
\nDevelop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
\nMonitor and optimize operational performance and profitability
\nFoster a positive, productive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction
\nManage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
\nEnsure compliance with all company policies and applicable laws
\nBuild and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
\nMentor and develop staff, promoting continuous learning and career growth<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing or a related field Master\u2019s degree in relevant field will be an added advantage.
\n7+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior management role
\nExperience in Motor Industry is an an added advantage
\nStrong financial management and analytical skills
\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
\nProven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
