AB Bank Zambia is the market leader in providing financial services to Zambian micro, small and medium enterprises. In this position you will report to the Chief Operations Officer.
\nAmong other responsibilities, you will be expected to:<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure all projects are aligned with the institution\u2019s strategic priorities and delivered on time and within budget.
\nDevelop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices, risk management, and consistent performance tracking.
\nOversee the rollout of major digital financial services, ensuring readiness across technology, operations, compliance, and user experience.
\nManage the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, including customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, system configuration, and user access management.<\/p>\n
Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in project management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
\nProject Management Certification (e.g., PMP\u00ae, PRINCE2\u00ae Practitioner, Agile\/Scrum) \u2013 strongly preferred.
\nExperience in a busy operations department managing projects, integrations and digital products.
\nZambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) Verification Certificate for Tertiary Qualifications.<\/p>\n
