Must have a thorough understanding of modern construction technology or similar construction structure.<br \/>\n2. Price competitively\/forecast the cost of materials needed for construction.<br \/>\n3. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.<br \/>\n4. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bills of quantities, and related documentation.<br \/>\n5. Prepare IPCs and reports including feasibility\/financial audits of projects.<br \/>\n6. Advise on a range of legal and contractual issues.<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nMust poses a full grade 12 certificate.<br \/>\nBSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields.<br \/>\nMust have at least 3 years working experience<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
