\n1. Position: Chinese translator
\nDuties and Responsibilities:
\n1.Act as a communication channel between the Chinese managers and the local staff.
\n2.Assist the Chinese manager in weekly and monthly attendance management and monthly performance rating.
\n3.Maintenance and inspection of all equipment in the workshop.
\n4.Check the work status of local team leaders every day.
\n5.Control working conditions of all local employees, report to the Chinese manager and deal with the problems of local employees in a timely manner.
\n6.Be familiar with the operation skills of each post in the workshop, guide and correct operation of local employees.
\n7.Any other duty assigned by management.
\nEducation and other qualifications
\n1.Diploma, Bachelors\u2019 degree will be an added advantage.
\n2.Good in written and spoken Chinese. Preferably HSK Level 4 from a recognized University in China.
\n3.At least 2 years of experience as a Chinese translator\/interpreter
\n2. Marketing Specialist
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
\nConduct market research and competitor analysis
\nManage digital platforms, content, and branding initiatives
\nSupport new product development with marketing insights<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication
\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
\nStrong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics tools<\/p>\n
3. Position: Customer Service Specialist
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
\nMaintain positive relationships with clients and distributors
\nCoordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly
\nPrepare reports on customer satisfaction and service metrics<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communication
\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
\nExcellent communication, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills<\/p>\n
4. Position: Sales Manager
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
\nManage and train the sales team
\nExpand customer base and build strong client relationships
\nAnalyze sales trends and prepare performance reports<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce
\nMinimum 5 years of sales experience with 2 years in a leadership position, preferably in the manufacturing sector
\nStrong knowledge of B2B sales and distributor networks<\/p>\n
5. Position: Accounts Receivable
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations
\nMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
\nSupervise junior receivables officers
\nEnsure compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance
\nProfessional qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA (Part Qualified or Full)
\nMinimum 4 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in receivables supervision<\/p>\n
6. Position: Accounts Receivable Officer
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Prepare and send invoices to customers
\nMonitor and record incoming payments
\nReconcile customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
\nAssist with financial reporting<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance
\n1\u20132 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

7. Position: Finance Supervisor
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Supervise the day-to-day finance operations
\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
\nMonitor budgets and perform variance analysis
\nCoordinate audits and ensure compliance with ZRA and company policies<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
\nACCA, CIMA, or ZICA (Fully Qualified)
\nMinimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry<\/p>\n
8. Position: Archive Officer
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Maintain and secure both physical and digital company records
\nDevelop and implement records retention and retrieval systems
\nEnsure compliance with data protection policies<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Records Management, Library & Information Science, or Business Administration
\nMinimum 2 years experience in records or document management
\nProficiency in archiving software and Microsoft Office<\/p>\n
10. Position: Audit Officer
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Perform internal audits of financial and operational processes
\nIdentify risks and recommend corrective actions
\nEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
\nSupport external audit processes<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Auditing
\nACCA, CIMA, or ZICA (Part Qualified or Fully Qualified)
\nMinimum 3 years of audit or internal control experience<\/p>\n
