\nPOSITION: BLOWMOULDER SPECIALIST
\nCONTRACT: PERMANENT
\nLOCATION: LUSAKA
\nReporting to the Plant Engineer, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:<\/p>\n
Providing specialist technical support to enhance machines, system and process capabilities.
\nCoaching Process Artisans, Apprentices and Process Operators.
\nImplementing autonomous maintenance and asset care.
\nMaintaining, repairing and optimizing machines and associated devices.
\nContributing to self and team development.
\nConducting engineering administration.
\nSupporting continuous improvement.
\nCompliance with Engineering, Safety, Health, Quality, Environment and manufacturing requirements.<\/p>\n
This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Mechanical\/Electrical\/Industrial\/Manufacturing Engineering\/Instrumentation and Control or related.
\nMust have at least 3 years hands-on experience as Process\/Maintenance Artisan on a high- speed Packaging Line.
\nFamiliarity with maintenance systems and In-depth knowledge of asset care principles and good work practices.
\nAble to conduct weekly specialist reports that feed into systemic asset care approach.
\nShould have strong and traceable technical, diagnostic, critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
\nMust have a working knowledge SHEQ and manufacturing systems.<\/p>\n
