The Zambia Compulsory Standards Agency (ZCSA) is a body corporate created by the Compulsory Standards Act No. 3 of 2017 whose mandate is to inter alia administer, maintain, and ensure compliance with Compulsory Standards.
\nThe Agency wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced individual to fill the vacant position of\u00a0Internal Auditor \u2013 ICT\u00a0to be based in Lusaka.
\nINTERNAL AUDITOR \u2013 ICT (ZCS 05)
\nA.\u00a0\u00a0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Undertakes effectively the development of ICT audit plan in order to guide the audit operations.
\nUndertakes the timely conduct of special and planned ICT audit assignments in order to provide assurance on internal controls and risk management.
\nUndertakes effectively the conduct of ICT compliance audits in order to foster adherence to legislation, policies, guidelines and regulations.
\nUndertakes the timely production of ICT internal audit and management reports in order to facilitate informed decision making.
\nAble to conduct data extraction, analysis and security reviews utilizing appropriate tools.
\nUndertakes any other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
B.\u00a0\u00a0 QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Business or Accounting or its equivalent
\nMember of a relevant professional body.
\nICT Audit Certification such as CISA or relevant
\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 relevant job experience
\nAble to write technical and analytical reports
\nAble to communicate effectively in English
\nComputer Literate
\nInterpersonal skills.
\nConfidentiality
\nIntegrity
\nNumerical proficiency.
\nKnowledge of Data Analytics and tools such as ACL is an added advantage. Knowledge of IT best practices and frameworks (i.e. ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL) would be considered an advantage.<\/p>\n
