\nRole Overview:
\nLead strategic operations across all divisions, ensuring alignment with our mission to enhance client operations and community growth. Drive profitability, compliance, and team excellence.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee daily operations of 5 service divisions (Building Materials, Transport, Vehicle Import, Customs, Financial Services).
\nDevelop growth strategies and expand market share in Zambia\/SADC.
\nEnsure compliance with statutory requirements
\nManage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation.
\nFoster relationships with key clients.
\nMentor department heads and promote a culture of reliability and innovation.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s in Business\/Management; MBA preferred.
\n5+ years in multi-sector management (construction, logistics, finance).
\nProven success in scaling SMEs in Zambia.
\nExpertise in statutory compliance (Tax, Procurement, Labour Laws).
\nStrong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
\nBased in or near Solwezi; fluent in English.<\/p>\n
2. Administrative Support Officer
\nLocation: Solwezi, Zambia
\nRole Overview:
\nProvide critical administrative support to ensure seamless operations and compliance across departments.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Maintain statutory documents
\nCoordinate meetings, travel, and communications for senior staff.
\nManage office supplies, records, and vendor interactions.
\nAssist in preparing reports, tenders, and compliance audits.
\nSupport HR functions (leave tracking, onboarding).<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Business Administration\/Related Field.
\n3+ years in administrative roles; knowledge of Zambian statutory compliance
\nProficiency in MS Office and record management.
\nDetail-oriented, organized, and strong communicator.
\nResiding in Solwezi.<\/p>\n
3. Senior Accountant
\nLocation: Solwezi, Zambia
\nRole Overview:
\nLead financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic fiscal management.

Manage accounts, budgets, and financial reporting (P&L, balance sheets).
\nOversee tax compliance.

Requirements:<\/p>\n
ACCA\/CIMA\/ZICA License; Bachelor\u2019s in Accounting.
\n3+ years in accounting, preferably in multi-sector firms.
\nExpertise in Zambian tax laws and procedures.
\nProficiency in accounting softwares.
\nAnalytical, ethical, and deadline-driven.<\/p>\n
4. Sales Person (Building Materials & Mining Supplies)
\nLocation: Solwezi, Zambia
\nRole Overview:
\nDrive sales growth in building materials and mining supplies, leveraging our client network and compliance advantages.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Achieve sales targets for building materials
\nBuild relationships with mines, contractors and retailers.
\nUtilize ZPPA registration to bid on public tenders.
\nProvide market intelligence and customer feedback.
\nCollaborate with logistics for timely deliveries.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Sales\/Business; 3+ years in construction\/mining sales.
\nKnowledge of Zambian mining\/construction sectors.
\nStrong negotiation and client management skills.<\/p>\n
