\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Supervise and manage day-to-day sales activities in the field
\nDevelop and execute winning sales and marketing strategies
\nSet and monitor monthly sales, placement, and revenue targets
\nDistribute and oversee the placement of Kazang machines
\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
\nGuide and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals
\nConduct market research and provide innovative suggestions for growth
\nTrack and report sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly
\nEnsure consistent achievement of placement, sales, and revenue goals<\/p>\n
What We are Looking For:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
\nFull Grade 12 certificate with a credit or better in English and Mathematics
\nValid driver\u2019s license (2+ years preferred)
\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar sales or managerial role
\nStrictly Livingstone based candidates will be considered.
\nProven leadership and team development abilities
\nStrong knowledge of sales tactics and CRM strategies
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
\nProficient in Microsoft Office
\nSelf-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
\nAbility to work under pressure and independently<\/p>\n
