\nFounded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa\u2019s farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent while permanently improving their resilience. \nAbout the Role
\nThe warehouse officer will be responsible for all logistics operations at the warehouse and for upholding all policies outlined in the Logistics Global Policy Manual.
\nThe warehouse officer will oversee all receipt, storage, distribution, reconciliation, and security of inventory at the warehouse. He\/She will also be responsible for temporary hires, organizing pay, and ensuring the security of all staff at the warehouse.
\nYou will report directly to the Transport and Warehouse Supervisor and manage many casuals at the warehouse
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Responsible for compliance with all warehousing and logistics policies, which include warehouse excellence, expectations around reconciliation,
\nEnsure exceptional KPI performances for warehouses: 0.1% shrink, 0.25% variance, and timely monthly reconciliation (by the 3rd of the month).
\nManage the warehouses to uphold OAF warehousing and operational standards.
\nManage warehouse resources and tools and ensure compliance to 5S standards
\nSubmit all documentation\/transactions in a timely manner with attention to detail and due process followed. (submission done within 24 hours of actual transaction)<\/p>\n

\nQualifications
\nAcross all roles, these are the\u00a0general qualifications we look for.\u00a0For this role specifically, you will have:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or other relevant field
\n2+ years of experience in supply chain and warehouse management
\nPrevious experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Software
\nProficient in Advance Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
\nWritten and spoken fluency in English
\nCan spend extended time standing<\/p>\n
