\nReporting to Sales and distribution Supervisor, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
\nGENERAL DUTIES<\/p>\n
Generating sales
\nMeeting or exceeding sales goals
\nNegotiating all contracts with prospective clients
\nHelping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations for shelf space [ Visible Inventory]
\nPreparing weekly and monthly reports
\nGiving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
\nActing as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
\nIdentifying local business opportunities and challenges
\nReporting on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
\nBuilding customer relationships, following on orders and maximizing sales opportunities
\nIdentifying prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and constantly seeking new opportunities to drive business growth<\/p>\n
The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.<\/p>\n
Degree\/Diploma in Business management, or marketing.
\n2 years\u2019 experience in Sales or Marketing or any business related field.
\nPrior experience in a FMCG environment, would be an added advantage.
\nGood knowledge of modern Asset care principles and Manufacturing Way strategies
\nGood interpersonal skills, creative thinker, team player and problem-solving skills
\nGood knowledge of the local market.
\nGood at persuasion and enforcement<\/p>\n
