This role is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience to students or recent graduates pursuing a career in accounting, enabling them to gain exposure to real world finance operations within a professional environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nAssist in the preparation and posting of journal entries<br \/>\nSupport accounts payable and receivable processes<br \/>\nHelp with monthly bank and account reconciliations<br \/>\nOrganize and maintain accounting records and documentation<br \/>\nAssist in the preparation of basic financial reports<br \/>\nCapture data into accounting software and spreadsheets<br \/>\nAssist with audit support and documentation collation<br \/>\nPerform administrative tasks related to the finance function<br \/>\nAny other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\nRecently completed a degree in Accounting and Finance or Degree in Accounting<br \/>\nBasic understanding of accounting principles and procedures<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an added advantage<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail and a willingness to learn<br \/>\nGood organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism<br \/>\nKey Competencies:<br \/>\nAccuracy and attention to detail<br \/>\nTime management and ability to meet deadlines<br \/>\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving<br \/>\nTeamwork and collaboration<br \/>\nIntegrity and ethical conduct.<br \/>\nDevelopment Opportunity<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
