\nRole Overview:
\nWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Merchandiser Interns with a passion for sales and a drive to learn and grow within a dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Track inventory and order new stock as needed. This includes writing regular inventory reports that are reviewed by the Supervisor.
\nStock and rotate merchandise to ensure its attractively displayed and set up promotional displays to highlight certain merchandise in stores.
\nTake down old signs including price tags and put-up new ones for display within the store.
\nUse smartphones, email, and other technology to stay in constant contact with management, keeping them updated on inventory issues and store operations.
\nSet up and take down shelving, racks, and other store fixtures to change and update product displays.
\nEnsures all goods are sold out before expiry.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate
\nStrong interest in sales and customer engagement
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nProactive attitude with a willingness to learn
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n
