The role involves guiding field officers, monitoring loan performance, and supporting community-based financial empowerment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nTeam Supervision:<br \/>\nSupervise and provide leadership to credit\/loan officers.<br \/>\nAssign and monitor fieldwork schedules.<br \/>\nConduct regular performance reviews and coaching.<br \/>\nLoan Process Management:<br \/>\nEnsure proper implementation of credit policies and procedures.<br \/>\nReview and recommend loan applications before approval.<br \/>\nEnsure accurate client assessments and timely loan disbursements.<br \/>\nPortfolio Management:<br \/>\nMonitor loan portfolio quality and follow up on repayments.<br \/>\nAnalyze and report on portfolio performance and risks.<br \/>\nTake action to minimize delinquency and default rates.<br \/>\nClient Support and Engagement:<br \/>\nVisit clients in the field for monitoring and verification.<br \/>\nProvide financial literacy training and customer support.<br \/>\nMediate and resolve disputes or complaints from clients.<br \/>\nReporting and Compliance:<br \/>\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports on disbursements, collections, and portfolio performance.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\nConduct internal audits of field operations as necessary.<br \/>\nQualifications and Requirements:<br \/>\nDiploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 2\u20133 years of experience in microfinance or related financial services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of group and individual lending methodologies.<br \/>\nProven skills in credit analysis and risk management.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.<br \/>\nGood leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nWillingness to travel and work in field conditions.<br \/>\nKey Competencies:<br \/>\nLeadership and staff development<br \/>\nLoan portfolio management<br \/>\nDecision-making and problem-solving<br \/>\nCustomer service orientation<br \/>\nIntegrity and accountability<br \/>\nFieldwork adaptability<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
