Maxim Maintenance Solutions Zambia is looking for a Marketing Officer to help drive brand growth, customer engagement, and digital visibility across all our service lines.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills:<br \/>\n(1) Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field<br \/>\n(2) Not less than 2 years \u00a0previous experience in marketing<br \/>\n(3) Excellent communication skills both orally and written<br \/>\n(4) Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and organize<br \/>\n(5) Proficient using Microsoft Suite and previous experience using other marketing software (Dynamics, Excel, CRM)<br \/>\n(6) Team player who collaborates with ease and contagious creative energy<br \/>\n(7) Strategic vision and strong business acumen<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n1. Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies.<br \/>\n2. Raise brand awareness by organizing and attending marketing events and activities.<br \/>\n3. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on multiple media channels\u066b including social media\u066b print\u066b and otherwise.<br \/>\n4. Prepare marketing material content for publishing and ensure proper distribution (company profiles, flyers etc).<br \/>\n5. Research market to identify growth sectors and opportunities.<br \/>\n6. Communicate with management in order to monitor expenses.<br \/>\n7. Liaise with management to prepare budget.<br \/>\n8. Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns management<br \/>\n9. Help create customer research databases<br \/>\n10. Analyze research to target the best audience and maximize reach.<br \/>\n11.
