This role involves driving team performance, developing strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nLead and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams<br \/>\nDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets<br \/>\nCoach and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance<br \/>\nMonitor and analyse sales performance metrics<br \/>\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery<br \/>\nIdentify opportunities for business growth and expansion<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills:<br \/>\nExperience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the solar industry or related field, with a proven track record of team management and sales growth.<br \/>\nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.<br \/>\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nAbility to motivate and inspire team members<br \/>\nStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nPassion for renewable energy and sustainability<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of solar energy solutions, products, and market trends<br \/>\nExperience with team management, performance evaluation, and development<br \/>\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
