\nWe require the services of Sales Executives in the following towns, Ndola, Kabwe, Kapiri, Chipata, and Livingstone.
\nDuties<\/p>\n
Proactive selling of General insurance products
\nAchieve set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth
\nCompile weekly reports to the sales team leader
\nContinually seek new opportunities to market services and bring in new\u00a0 customers.
\nMaintain and update knowledge on all company products\/services
\nTo secure new business
\nExplain to customers\u00a0 the products and services best suited to their needs<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Full grade 12 certificate
\nDiploma in insurance and any business related course will be an added advantage
\nMinimum 2 years\u00a0 sales experience in General insurance
\nExcellent interpersonal communication
\nAbility to meet targets
\nAble to work with minimum supervision<\/p>\n
2. Underwriting Assistant
\nThis position successful candidate to based at Chingola Office
\nResponsibilities;<\/p>\n
Knowledge and understanding of insurance market, the basic insurance principles and ability to apply them.
\nKnowledge and understanding of standard policy terms and acceptable market valuations, rating procedures and potential for risk improvements
\nAnalyzing placing slips\/binders and imputing business
\nActively seeking to understand the issues and concerns of client
\nProvide customers with key fact statements(KFS) each time we bind insurance covers
\nAble to secure new business for the company.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Full grade 12 certificate
\nDiploma in Insurance
\nMember of IAZ
\nSelf-starter with minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in Underwriting
\nMarketing back ground in General insurance will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
3. Accounts Clerk
\nThis position the successful candidate will be based at Kasama Office.
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Receipt incoming cash and Cheques
\nBanking the receipted cash and Cheques on daily basis
\nPreparing banking slips and filing of the same in an orderly manner
\nSend daily banking report to head office
\nReconciling customer accounts and maintain their accuracy
\nPetty cash handling and its retirement to Head office<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Full grade 12 certificate
\nZICA Technician or CA Certificate
\nMust be a member of ZICA
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role (preferably insurance industry).<\/p>\n
