This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nPrepare and file tax returns in accordance with local and international requirements.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and foreign tax regulations and deadlines across multiple countries.<br \/>\nConduct tax research and assist in implementing tax-efficient strategies.<br \/>\nLiaise with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and inspections.<br \/>\nMonitor and improve internal tax processes to enhance compliance and efficiency.<br \/>\nReconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy of tax deductions and payments ensuring accuracy across regions.<br \/>\nGenerate monthly and annual payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\nAssist in monthly and year-end financial close processes, ensuring correct payroll entries.<br \/>\nAccurately post payroll-related transactions in the general ledger.<br \/>\nProvide support and resolve queries related to payroll and taxes.<br \/>\nStay up to date with global changes in tax laws, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements.<br \/>\nContribute to improvements in payroll and tax operations across international countries.<br \/>\nQualifications and Skills:<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br \/>\nAffiliated with ZICA<br \/>\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in tax and payroll functions.<br \/>\nExperience in retail is an added advantage.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of tax legislation and payroll processes.<br \/>\nExcellent analytical and reconciliation skills.<br \/>\nProficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and time management skills.<br \/>\nJoin us and grow your career in a diverse and supportive environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
