\nWe are looking for a\u00a0Warehouse Audit Supervisor\u00a0to join our team in Lusaka. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with relevant experience in warehouse operations and inventory audits.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
\nMonitor and verify stock movements (inbound and outbound).
\nInvestigate and report inventory discrepancies.
\nImplement and maintain audit trails for all stock activities.
\nCollaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper documentation and processes are followed.
\nPrepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
\nSupport implementation of inventory management best practices.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Educational Background:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
\nProfessional certifications in auditing or inventory management will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Skills & Attributes Required:<\/p>\n
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse audit or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
\nStrong knowledge of warehouse procedures and stock management systems.
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\nHigh attention to detail and integrity.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
\nGood communication and reporting skills.
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
