Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting collaboration and teamwork.<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\n1. Grade 12 School Certificate<br \/>\n2. Tertiary Qualifications<br \/>\n3. Proven sales leadership experience (team lead or manager role).<br \/>\n4. Strong sales background with a track record of success.<br \/>\n5. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.<br \/>\n6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.<br \/>\n7. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.<br \/>\n8.
