\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
\nLead a productive environment that fosters team building, hard work and diligence.
\nMaintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
\nAbility to Multitask and execute assigned tasks effectively.
\nMarketing through identification of target markets.
\nHandles the cases of some customer complaints which have been escalated from the consultants.
\nSend monthly reports to the main branch and give updates of the business status.
\nEnsure risk is minimized by imploring risk management strategies.
\nEnsure high levels of customer service and sales.
\nLocate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
\nShare knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs of customers.
\nAdhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations\/credit policy.
\nNetwork to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
\nStay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
\nApprove loans.
\nOversee people management at the branch level.
\nPerform any other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Required<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant degree.
\nExcellent organization skills.
\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team.
\nShould be able to multi-task.
\nAbility to work within changing work responsibilities are some of the other required skills to ensure better success.
\nShould be able to work under pressure.
\nShould be a good motivator with commendable interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to meet sales targets and production goals.
\nFamiliarity with industry\u2019s rules and regulations.
\nResults driven and customer focused.
