\nWe are looking for a confident, well-organised and tech-savvy Assistant to support our client-facing and online activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-evolving team at the intersection of innovation, education, and technology.
\nYou will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and followers\u2014helping communicate our offerings and keep our digital platforms active, relevant and engaging.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Social Media Management:
\nSchedule and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other platforms
\nMonitor engagement and analytics
\nHelp design simple graphics or coordinate with our creative team<\/p>\n
Client Communication:<\/p>\n
Answer phone calls and provide prompt, helpful responses
\nAdvise clients on available workshops, training sessions, and consultancy offerings
\nMaintain a friendly, professional tone at all times<\/p>\n
Workshop & Project Support:<\/p>\n
Help manage workshop calendars and bookings
\nProvide logistical and administrative support for events
\nCoordinate between clients, facilitators, and our internal team<\/p>\n
You Are Someone Who\u2026<\/p>\n
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
\nIs comfortable speaking with a range of people\u2014from executives to newcomers
\nIs familiar with social media tools like Buffer, Canva, or Hootsuite
\nIs organised, proactive, and can manage multiple tasks at once
\nHas a keen interest in technology, innovation, and AI (no technical background required, but curiosity is a plus!)<\/p>\n
Desirable Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Experience in an administrative, client service, or communications role
\nFamiliarity with digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM platforms)
\nPrevious work in tech, training, or consultancy environments is a bonus<\/p>\n
