\nJOB SUMMARY
\nWe seek a proactive and results driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving sales of General Insurance Products. This role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement and collaboration with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored insurance solutions. A strong understanding of the insurance industry and excellent communication skills are essential for success to this role.
\nMain Duties:<\/p>\n
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
\nPromote the company\u2019s range of general insurance products to potential customers
\nAchieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
\nConduct market research and competitor analysis
\nPrepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients
\nProvide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
\nMinimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in insurance or financial services)
\nFull Grade 12 Certificate
\nStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills
\nSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
\nKnowledge of general insurance products will be an added advantage
\nProficiency in MS Office applications<\/p>\n
