You should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we\u2019d like to meet you.<br \/>\nUltimately, you\u2019ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\nSet up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales<br \/>\nStudy each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients<br \/>\nCook food in a timely manner<br \/>\nEnsure appealing plate presentation<br \/>\nSlightly modify recipes to meet customers\u2019 needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)<br \/>\nMonitor food stock<br \/>\nCheck freshness of food and discard out-of-date items<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area<br \/>\nRequirements and skills<br \/>\nProven work experience of at least 1 year as a Chef or Cook in an established restaurant.<br \/>\nHands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and fryers)<br \/>\nAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques<br \/>\nLeadership skills<br \/>\nAbility to remain calm and undertake various tasks<br \/>\nExcellent time management abilities<br \/>\nUp-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes<br \/>\nFamiliarity with sanitation regulations<br \/>\nCulinary school diploma preferred<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
