To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.<br \/>\nUltimately, you\u2019ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\nGreet customers as they enter<br \/>\nGive customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients<br \/>\nTake orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)<br \/>\nPrepare beverages following recipes<br \/>\nServe beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins<br \/>\nReceive and process payments (cash and credit cards)<br \/>\nKeep the bar area clean<br \/>\nMaintain stock of clean mugs and plates<br \/>\nCheck if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs<br \/>\nComply with health and safety regulations<br \/>\nCommunicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items<br \/>\nRequirements and skills<br \/>\nPrevious work experience as a Barista or Waiter\/Waitress<br \/>\nHands-on experience with brewing equipment<br \/>\nKnowledge of sanitation regulations<br \/>\nFlexibility to work various shifts<br \/>\nBasic math skills<br \/>\nAbility to gauge customers\u2019 preferences<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills<br \/>\nHigh school diploma; relevant training is a plus<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
