Have you led road marking teams and worked with thermoplastics, cold plastic, epoxy, or reflective paints? We\u2019re looking for a Foreman with practical experience and deep technical knowledge of industrial coatings and road marking applications.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nSupervise on-site road marking and paint application crews<br \/>\nInterpret drawings and ensure markings meet specifications<br \/>\nOversee usage and mixing of paints, including cold plastic, thermoplastic, chlorinated rubber, acrylics, etc.<br \/>\nEnsure correct equipment setup (graco, handliners, roadmarking machines)<br \/>\nGuarantee safety, quality, and efficiency on all marking works<br \/>\nConduct surface preparation checks and paint adherence tests<br \/>\nCommunicate with site engineers and project managers on progress and requirements<br \/>\nYou Must Have:<br \/>\n3+ years proven experience marking roads and managing marking teams<br \/>\nExpert knowledge of road marking paints and coatings<br \/>\nFamiliarity with industrial and safety markings (e.g., factories, airports, warehouses)<br \/>\nAbility to work with line lasers, stencil setups, and reflective bead systems<br \/>\nStrong leadership and site coordination skills<br \/>\nValid driver\u2019s license (preferred)<br \/>\nWe Offer:<br \/>\nCompetitive salary<br \/>\nOpportunity to work on high-impact national projects<br \/>\nSupportive environment with room to grow into Project Supervisor or Site Manager roles<br \/>\nAll necessary PPE and tools provided<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
