The successful candidates must enjoy working with children and be devoted to building a nurturing and safe learning environment.<br \/>\nTeacher Assistant Responsibilities:<br \/>\nWorking with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule.<br \/>\nAssisting teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment.<br \/>\nRevising lesson material with pupils individually or in small groups.<br \/>\nEnsuring the classroom environment is safe and clean.<br \/>\nOverseeing pupils during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on-field excursions.<br \/>\nCollaborating with lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions.<br \/>\nHelping lead teachers to create lesson plans.<br \/>\nAttending all training classes, parent meetings, and academic meetings.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\nGrade 12 certificate with 5 O\u2019 levels, Credit or better<br \/>\nDiploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Degree will be added advantage<br \/>\nMust be computer literate<br \/>\nA minimum of 2 years experience as a Teacher Assistant or similar role.<br \/>\nSolid understanding of classroom activities and teaching methodologies.<br \/>\nMust have a compassionate and positive attitude.<br \/>\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.<br \/>\nOutstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
