Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n3. Ability to work independently and meet targets.<br \/>\n4. Knowledge of microfinance products and services.<br \/>\n5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nPerformance Metrics:<br \/>\n1. Sales volume<br \/>\n2. Client acquisition<br \/>\n3. Portfolio quality<br \/>\n4.
