{"id":4158,"date":"2025-07-02T14:00:22","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T14:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/furniture-production-supervisor-chinese-proficient-at-kuma-investment\/"},"modified":"2025-07-11T00:14:07","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T00:14:07","slug":"furniture-production-supervisor-chinese-proficient-at-kuma-investment","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4158","title":{"rendered":"Furniture Production Supervisor (Chinese proficient) at Kuma investment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Opportunity:\u00a0Furniture Production Supervisor (Chinese Proficient)<br \/>\nWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Furniture Production Supervisor who can communicate fluently in Chinese and English to bridge teams and improve collaboration with our Chinese-speaking partners.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Supervise daily operations of furniture production and ensure quality control<br \/>\nCoordinate tasks among workshop staff and enforce safety standards<br \/>\nServe as interpreter between Chinese and English-speaking team members and stakeholders<br \/>\nTranslate written materials, including technical documents and production guidelines<br \/>\nLiaise with Chinese suppliers and technicians to ensure project alignment<br \/>\nReport to management on production targets and team performance<\/p>\n<p>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Full grade twelve (12) certificate<br \/>\nAdvanced certificate\/diploma or degree in Production management, Operations management or any related field<br \/>\nCertification of proficiency in Chinese mandarin and English language is preferred.<br \/>\nMinimum of two (2) years proven experience in furniture production or a related supervisory role.<br \/>\nProficiency in Chinese and English (spoken and written)<br \/>\nStrong communication and organizational skills<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment<br \/>\nKnowledge of production equipment and materials preferred<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
