Key Responsibilities:
\nAir conditioning:
\nDucting:
\n1. Fasten ducting seams or joints together with welds, bolts, cement, rivets, soldiers, caulks, metals drive clips, or bonds to assemble components into products or to repair steel sheet metal items.
\n2. Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites using shears, hammers, punches or drills for duct work.
\n3. Inspect individual parts, assemblies and installations for conformance to specifications and building codes, using measuring instruments such as calipers, scales and micrometers.
\n4. Trim, file, grind, debar, buff or smooth surfaces, seams or joints of assembled parts using hand tools or portable power tools for duct work.
\n5. Shape metal materials over anvils, blocks or other forms using hand tools for duct work.
\n6. Drill and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts and rivets for duct work.
\n7. You will be carrying out ducting installations as per approved drawing. Following correct installation practice, standards and safety measures.
\n8. Carrying out installation right at the first time in order to avoid re-visiting the areas install
\n9. Maintaining superior level of discipline at work
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent;
\nRefrigeration\/Air Conditioning Craft Certificate\/ Diploma
\n8 years relevant experience
\nComputer literate in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, ERP, B2B Selling;<\/p>\n
