About Restless Development
\nRestless Development is a global non profit agency. We support the collective power of young leaders to create a better world. We are independently registered and governed in nine countries (India, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, UK, USA, Zambia and Zimbabwe) bound together by our vision for youth power. We run youth-led programmes to tackle the issues that young people care about the most as well as running a growing global Youth Collective.
\nWe know young people have the power to solve the challenges we face in our world, but they are\u00a0 being ignored and overlooked. We are the agency that works with young people so they can lead in\u00a0 solving those challenges. Whether that means supporting communities to end child marriage or\u00a0 prevent HIV, we work with young people to change their lives and the lives of people in their\u00a0 communities. Our programmes are genuinely life-changing, but can\u2019t do any of this without talented, creative individuals at every level of our organisation.

\nAbout the role
\nRestless Development Zambia seeks to recruit a dynamic, inspired and innovative young Zambian to fill the role of\u00a0People and Performance Intern.\u00a0The Intern will support the People and Performance Unit to carry out a range of human resource\u00a0 duties including recruitment, induction, Administrative Tasks and Coordination of other HR Processes.

Registered Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
\nRecent graduate with no prior work experience required
\nPossess excellent communication skills
\nCoordination, judgment and decision making

\nFluent written and spoken English
\nBelief in the values of Restless Development and ability to uphold them\u00a0 personally<\/p>\n
Educational Background\u00a0
\nMinimum: Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Public Administration.

\nThe Individual must be results orientated, highly self-motivated and have demonstrated analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
