\nWhat You\u2019ll Do
\nDesign & AnalysisLead civil\/structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
\nCollaborationEngage with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
\nSoftware ModellingUse tools like AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, Tekla, etc., and perform design calculations.
\nDocumentationPrepare technical reports and drawings, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
\nContinuous ImprovementPropose enhancements to structural designs, processes, or client communication.
\nOn site SupportParticipate in site visits, supervise construction, and provide real time solutions.
\nWho You Are
\nQualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master\u2019s is a plus).
\nExperience: 0\u20134 years (fresh graduates and young professionals are welcome!).
\nSelf\u2011Starter: Proactive, curious, and highly motivated.
\nTech Savvy: Proficient with design\/modelling software; eager to learn new tools.
\nExcellent Communicator: Strong presentation and writing skills; team-oriented.
\nCurious & Bold: Embraces innovation, asks questions, and challenges norms.
\nCustomer\u2011Centric: Understands the importance of client relationships and reliable delivery.
\nCertification\u00a0(e.g., EIZ) is an advantage.
