\nLocation Lusaka
\nJob Summary:
\nThe Project Manager oversees telecommunications projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Project planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
\nStakeholder management: Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
\nRisk management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
\nTeam management: Lead cross-functional teams, including technical staff.
\nQuality assurance: Ensure projects meet quality and technical standards.
\nInterpret and enforce Departmental Policy.
\nProvide input in Departmental Strategy Formulation.
\nEnforce installation Processes and Procedures.
\nPrepare Projects Schedules, Quantification and Costings.
\nAnalyze project dependences and optimize timeline in accordance with the critical path.
\nCoordinating implementation of company network maintenance.
\nEnsure periodic testing of all existing primary fiber ways
\nEnd \u2013 to \u2013 End project supervision ensuring QoS control at all levels of the project.
\nInstallation Material Control and Monitoring.
\nMaterial and equipment performance evaluation.
\nEnsure all fiber cables are test prior to installation.
\nEnsure projects are delivered as per schedule.
\nROW acquisition
\nAppraise Subordinates.
\nWeekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/p>\n
Degree in computer science, project management or any related field<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
5 years Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications.
\nTechnical knowledge: Understanding of telecommunications technologies and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
