About Restless Development
\nRestless Development is a global non profit agency. We support the collective power of young leaders to create a better world. We are independently registered and governed in nine countries (India, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, UK, USA, Zambia and Zimbabwe) bound together by our vision for youth power. We run youth-led programmes to tackle the issues that young people care about the most as well as running a growing global Youth Collective.
\nWe know young people have the power to solve the challenges we face in our world, but they are\u00a0 being ignored and overlooked. We are the agency that works with young people so they can lead in\u00a0 solving those challenges. Whether that means supporting communities to end child marriage or\u00a0 prevent HIV, we work with young people to change their lives and the lives of people in their\u00a0 communities. Our programmes are genuinely life-changing, but can\u2019t do any of this without talented, creative individuals at every level of our organisation.

\nAbout the role
\nRestless Development Zambia seeks to recruit dynamic, inspired and innovative young Zambians to fill the role of Finance and Administration Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong academic background in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration to gain hands-on experience in the field of finance. The successful candidate will assist in various financial operations, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and data management, while working closely with our finance team.
\nEssential and Desirable<\/p>\n
Hard working with the ability to multitask.
\nMust be a member of ZICA.
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google sheets).
\nOrganized, with excellent time management.
\nExcellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently meeting strict deadlines.
\nHardworking, reliable, and professional in handling confidential information.
\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.<\/p>\n
Educational Background\u00a0
\nMinimum: Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study.

\nThe Individual must be results orientated, highly self-motivated and have demonstrated analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
