Electrician

\nThe incumbent will be \u00a0will for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, control equipment, instrumentation, and preferably refrigeration systems within the poultry processing facility. A focus on safety, reliability, and food-grade compliance is essential.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Trade-qualified electrician diploma\/Certificate
\n\u00a0Industrial license or trade test -recognized by Engineering Institute of Zambia
\n\u00a02+ years\u2019 experience
\nExcellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
\nTeam player with strong communication and record-keeping skills.
\nPhysical ability to stand for extended shifts, and work in wet\/cold environments common to poultry plants.<\/p>\n
Metal Fabricator
\nThe Role
\nThe incumbent will be \u00a0responsible for fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal components used in our poultry processing equipment -ensuring structural integrity, hygienic design, and compliance with food\u2011grade standards.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Certificate\/advanced \/diploma in Metal Fabrication, Welding, or Mechanical Engineering
\n2+ years in metal fabrication, ideally within food processing or industrial settings; poultry experience is an added advantage.
\nEIZ membership.
\nSkilled in interpreting drawings, metal cutting\/shaping, welding, drilling, and finishing techniques
\nAbility to fabricate to tight tolerances and ensure a hygienic finish.
\nCapable of lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating tools and machinery safely.
\nProblem-solving, teamwork, effective communication, reliability, and safety awareness.<\/p>\n
Mechanical Fitter
\nThe Role
\nThe incumbent will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment across our chicken processing facility. The role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted production, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and plant hygiene.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Trade certificate\/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Fitting, or equivalent
\n2+ years\u2019 experience
\nEIZ Membership.
\nPhysically fit, methodical, with high attention to detail.
\nTeam player with strong communication, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
\nMeticulous focus on quality to avoid fitment errors and ensure hygienic standards in food-processing equipment.
\nCritical for reliable upkeep of conveyors, chillers, pumps, etc.
\nEnables hygienic, tight-fitting equipment assemblies<\/p>\n
