\nJob Summary:
\nWe are seeking a reliable, customer-friendly, and trainable Internet Caf\u00e9 Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of printing and photocopying services, and a positive attitude toward assisting clients. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, digital environment.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nWelcome and assist customers with internet, printing, photocopying, and scanning services
\nOperate and maintain printing and photocopying machines
\nEnsure cleanliness and organization of the internet caf\u00e9
\nMonitor equipment usage and report any issues
\nProvide excellent customer service and support
\nPerform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary
\nQualifications & Requirements:
\nGrade 12 certificate (minimum)
\nCertificate in Information Technology or related field is an added advantage
\nAbility to speak fluent English and at least one local language
\nBasic knowledge of computer operation, printing, and photocopying<\/p>\n
Honest, smart, sharp, and willing to learn
\nGood interpersonal and communication skills
\nMust live within or near Kitwe Town Centre

Working Hours:
\n8 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
