In this role, you will handle inbound\/outbound calls and provide administrative support such as lead qualification and scheduling.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nManage call traffic and qualify leads for live transfers<br \/>\nResolve customer inquiries and update records<br \/>\nMaintain spreadsheets and assist with scheduling<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nFluent in English<br \/>\nRemote work-ready: PC\/Mac with 8GB RAM, 4000+ CPU score, Windows 10\/11 or macOS, and stable fiber internet<br \/>\nAvailable for 8\u20139 hour shifts, 5 days\/week between 9 AM \u2013 9 PM EST<br \/>\nStrong communication and objection-handling skills<br \/>\nMotivated, reliable, and eager to learn<br \/>\nCompensation:<br \/>\nBase: $500 USD\/month (approx. $2.84\/hour for 176 hours)<br \/>\nIncentives: Up to $500 USD\/month<br \/>\nOvertime paid separately<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
