\nKey Responsibilities
\nFuel Dispensing & Transactions:
\nAccurately operate fuel pumps and manage financial transactions.
\nVerify fuel orders and ensure precise dispensing in line with company protocols.
\nCustomer Service:
\nGreet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
\nAnswer customer inquiries regarding fuel products, pricing, and station services.
\nSafety & Compliance:
\nAdhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures related to fuel handling.
\nConduct routine safety checks and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
\nMaintenance & Cleanliness:
\nMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fueling area and surrounding premises.
\nMonitor fuel levels and coordinate with management for timely resupply.
\nRecord Keeping:
\nAccurately document transactions, fuel deliveries, and any incidents.
\nAssist in maintaining inventory records and managing fuel stock levels.
\nQualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
\nBasic math skills for handling transactions.
\nMust be between the age of 20 \u2013 26 years old.
\nCustomer service orientation.
\nAbility to work in a team environment.
\nAbility to work without supervision.<\/p>\n
2. TAKEAWAY STORE MANAGERS (4 Positions)<\/p>\n
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
\nSupervise and guide store staff
\nEnsure customer service standards are met
\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
\nHandle cash, sales, and daily reporting
\nSupport promotions and in-store marketing<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better.
\nDiploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or any Hospitality-related field.
\nExceptional leadership, time management, and prioritization skills.
\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\nFluency in English.
\nAged 26 and above.<\/p>\n
3. SHIFT SUPERVISORS (15 Positions)<\/p>\n
Supervise staff during assigned shifts
\nEnsure orders are prepared correctly and on time
\nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
\nHandle customer queries or complaints during the shift
\nMonitor stock levels and report shortages
\nEnsure staff follow store procedures and safety rules
\nReport any incidents or issues to the Store Manager<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better.
\nCertificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food Production, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
\nStrong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination skills.
\nAbility to handle shift operations, resolve customer queries, and supervise staff effectively.
\nMust be reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.<\/p>\n
Aged 23 to 30 years.
\n4. SALES ASSISTANTS (15 Positions) & CASHIERS (10 Positions)<\/p>\n
Welcome and serve customers politely
\nTake and process customer orders accurately
\nHandle cash and operate the till or POS syste
\nKeep the front area clean and well-stocke
\nAssist with packing food and preparing simple items
\nFollow hygiene and food safety rules
\nReport any customer complaints or issues to the supervisor<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least two distinctions, or a certificate of completion (for 2024 school leavers).
\nAged 20 to 27 years
\nStrong customer service and communication skills.
\nFluent in English, Bemba, and Nyanja.<\/p>\n
