\nPLANT ACCOUNTANT \u2013 Ndola
\nGRADE I\u00a0
\nCONTRACT: PERMANENT
\nReporting to the Finance Manger, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:<\/p>\n
Daily Stock Management
\nChecking of daily route settlements and ensuring that all shipments are timely closed.
\nImplementing gate pass system.
\nEnsuring daily and monthly stock takes are done and variances explained
\nMonitoring utilisation of petty cash.
\nEnsuring timely daily banking for all cash collected for previous day\u2019s sales.
\nPreparation of journals in SAP and checking monthly accruals.
\nSupervision of the stores function-raw materials, stationery and spares.
\nCoordinating internal and external audits.
\nAssist in budget preparations for the brewery.<\/p>\n
Ensure correct filing and retention of documentation of all financial transactions.

\nThis job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
3 years\u2019 work experience in a manufacturing environment
\nSAP experience will be added advantage<\/p>\n
CA Zambia level two\/ZICA Licentiate\/Degree in Accounting\/Finance\/Business or studying towards ACCA \/CIMA.
\nMicro office including excel, word, PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
In-depth knowledge of receivables management.
\nStrong negotiation skills and effective communication skills with people at all levels of the business
\nGood analytical skills.
\nResilience to face internal and external customer claims.
\nAttentive to detail
\nMust be a registered member of ZICA. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, passion to learn and grow.<\/p>\n
