\nChain Research Organization and Consultancy (CROC) is a Zambian-based consultancy firm offering research, evaluation, business development, project management, training, branding, and digital services to private, nonprofit, and public sector organizations.
\nRole Purpose:
\nThe Digital Content & Social Media Intern will be responsible for managing CROC\u2019s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and planning digital campaigns to promote the company\u2019s services and training programs. This intern will play a key role in enhancing CROC\u2019s digital presence and brand visibility.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for CROC\u2019s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
\nDesign visually appealing graphics, flyers, and advertisements using tools like Canva or Photoshop
\nCreate short videos or reels to promote CROC\u2019s services and upcoming events\/trainings
\nWrite captions, descriptions, and hashtags tailored to the target audience
\nCollaborate with the business development team to promote services and events
\nMonitor engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve reach and performance
\nStay updated on digital trends and recommend creative approaches for content creation
\nMaintain brand consistency in all social media communications<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field.
\nProficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other basic graphic\/video editing tools.
\nStrong communication and storytelling skills.
\nCreative mindset and ability to generate fresh, original ideas.
\nBasic knowledge of social media strategy and platform algorithms.
\nExperience managing social pages (personal, school, or organizational) is an advantage.<\/p>\n
