Guards serve as a visible deterrent to crime and enforce the company\u2019s security policies with professionalism and integrity.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nProtect client property, personnel, and assets through regular patrols and observation.<br \/>\nControl access to premises and ensure only authorized individuals enter designated areas.<br \/>\nMonitor security surveillance systems (CCTV) and promptly respond to alarms or suspicious activity.<br \/>\nWrite detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons.<br \/>\nConduct security checks at entrances, exits, and vulnerable points.<br \/>\nEnforce rules, regulations, and procedures of both Bienvenue Private Security and the client.<br \/>\nAssist during emergencies such as fire, medical, or security threats by alerting authorities and following established protocols.<br \/>\nProvide customer service support where needed, including guiding visitors and offering assistance respectfully.<br \/>\nRemain alert and vigilant throughout the assigned shift and communicate effectively with the control room and other team members.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nMust be male (as per current operational requirements)<br \/>\nPhysically fit and able to stand\/sit for long periods<br \/>\nMust have a valid NRC and functional mobile phone<br \/>\nMust live along or near Great East Road, Mumbwa Road, or Kafue Road<br \/>\nClean criminal record and good moral character<br \/>\nPrevious security experience is an advantage but not mandatory<br \/>\nWillingness to undergo security training and on-site assessment<br \/>\nAbility to communicate effectively in English and at least one local language<br \/>\nKey Competencies:<br \/>\nIntegrity and dependability<br \/>\nObservational skills and attention to detail<br \/>\nConflict resolution and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nGood communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nAbility to follow instructions and adhere to procedures<br \/>\nCalm under pressure and able to respond quickly in emergencies<br \/>\nWorking Conditions:<br \/>\n12-hour shifts (day or night depending on deployment)<br \/>\nStationed at client premises including residential, commercial, or special event locations<br \/>\nRequired to wear full security uniform and ID at all times while on duty.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
