{"id":4235,"date":"2025-07-10T10:02:09","date_gmt":"2025-07-10T10:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/finance-and-administration-lead-at-omc-health-solutions\/"},"modified":"2025-10-24T00:14:24","modified_gmt":"2025-10-24T00:14:24","slug":"finance-and-administration-lead-at-omc-health-solutions","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4235","title":{"rendered":"Finance and Administration Lead at OMC Health Solutions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Purpose<br \/>\nTo ensure efficient financial management and administrative support to the company, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, procurement, and office operations, in alignment with OMC Health Solutions and OMC Pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nFinance Duties<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.<br \/>\nProcess payments, manage accounts payxable and receivable efficiently.<br \/>\nConduct monthly bank reconciliations.<br \/>\nPrepare payroll and ensure statutory deductions (e.g., NAPSA, PAYE, NHIMA) are remitted.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with internal financial controls and policies.<br \/>\nMonitor cash flow and maintain appropriate fund levels.<\/p>\n<p>Administration Duties<\/p>\n<p>Oversee procurement and ensure transparent and value-for-money processes.<br \/>\nMaintain an updated asset register and coordinate inventory management.<br \/>\nEnsure the office is well maintained and supplied.<br \/>\nEnsure timely renewal of statutory licenses and compliance documentation.<br \/>\nOrganize logistics for meetings, workshops, and staff travel.<br \/>\n_________________________________________________________<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\nMust be a member of ZICA<br \/>\nMinimum 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role.<br \/>\nExperience with accounting software<\/p>\n<p>Qualified applicants should submit their CVs only, with no additional documents at this stage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
