Position Overview
\nThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for customer acquisition, retention and customer support.
\nJob Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Management of the assigned sales region
\nAcquisition and on-boarding of customers for all distribution channels
\nManage after sales relationships with customers.
\nManage retention and upselling of merchant base.
\nReporting of regional performance
\nInitiatives to improve the region sales in an attempt to meet and exceed targets.
\nEnsuring customers within the region receive the necessary support as per company policy.
\nAs well as above, any other duties given by management.<\/p>\n
Accountability and Performance Measures<\/p>\n
Achievement of sales region target i.e.<\/p>\n
Average sales per POS machine<\/p>\n
Average sales for EVD, Cashin, Cashout, Merchant Payments and Card Payments<\/p>\n
Average POS machine deployments per week
\nActive percentage of POS machines<\/p>\n
Accountable for customer satisfaction and retention
\nAccountable for customer satisfaction and retention
\nAccountable for monthly premium merchant acquisition
\nAccountable for exceptional service levels
\nAccountable for visibility and product knowledge as well as machine operation by the merchants<\/p>\n

\nOrganizational Alignment<\/p>\n
Reports directly to the Head-Sales and Distribution
\nSales Representatives report to the Regional Sales Manager<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Diploma in Business or related field
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage
\n2 years\u2019 experience in Sales<\/p>\n
