\nReports To:\u00a0Compliance Manager
\nEmployment Type:\u00a0Full-Time
\nTo support the Compliance Manager in ensuring the organization adheres to internal policies and external regulations, mitigating compliance risks and promoting a strong ethical culture across all levels of operation.
\nKey Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs and control
\nConduct regular risk assessments and identify areas of improvement
\nReview and interpret regulatory changes; advise on their impact on operations
\nPrepare and present compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders
\nLead compliance training initiatives and support awareness campaigns
\nInvestigate potential areas of none compliance and recommend remedial action
\nSupport audits and liaise with regulators or other oversight bodies
\nProvide guidance to operational teams on compliance-related matters<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
\nCertification in Compliance or Risk Management (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) preferred
\nMinimum 2-3 years\u2019 experience in compliance, legal, or risk-related roles
\nKnowledge of industry-specific regulatory frameworks<\/p>\n
Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ability to travel for extended periods
\nAble to work in a diverse\/multicultural environment<\/p>\n
