This role involves managing a team of service technicians, overseeing complex networks, ensuring infrastructure reliability, and leading programming efforts on Windows-based platforms. As a Manager, you will work closely with various Hotel department heads, the CTO, and external stakeholders to provide innovative solutions and operational excellence.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nLeadership and Team Management<br \/>\nManage the Helpdesk and Service Technicians, providing support to the all Companies under your charge.<br \/>\nSchedule technicians, generate reports, and oversee the daily operations of the IT team within the organization.<br \/>\nFoster a customer-service-oriented approach among the team, ensuring swift issue resolution and support.<br \/>\nTechnical Operations and Maintenance<br \/>\nOversee and coordination of IT equipment and ensure preventive maintenance plans are executed for all sites.<br \/>\nPerform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, including backups.<br \/>\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, storage, servers, cabling, databases, operating systems, and applications.<br \/>\nManage high-level network configurations, including VLANs, and troubleshoot Cisco hardware and configurations.<br \/>\nProvide support for email servers running.<br \/>\nEnsure IT sites and retail stores are adequately planned and managed, producing reports as needed.<br \/>\nWork with Operations to ensure IT Infrastructure is running with little to no downtime<br \/>\nWork with the Expansion teams from Mika Group sister Companies to setup new sites when called upon<br \/>\nCar Tracker Installation and Maintenance<br \/>\nOversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of car tracking systems across the organization\u2019s fleet.<br \/>\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to car tracking devices and software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.<br \/>\nCollaborate with fleet management teams to monitor and analyze tracker data for operational improvements.<br \/>\nProgramming and Development<br \/>\nDevelop, troubleshoot, and maintain programs and scripts on Windows-based platforms to support business processes.<br \/>\nInfrastructure and Procurement<br \/>\nMonitor system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair, providing recommendations for software\/hardware procurement based on research.<br \/>\nLead network installations and configurations for new and existing locations.<br \/>\nCollaborate with IT Officers and General Managers to resolve IT-related issues across the Companies.<br \/>\nRequired Skills<br \/>\nStrong programming expertise on Windows-based platforms.<br \/>\nExperience in high-level network management, including VLAN configurations and Cisco hardware troubleshooting.<br \/>\nHands-on experience with server support, infrastructure maintenance, and preventive maintenance planning.<br \/>\nKnowledge of email servers, particularly Microsoft Exchange 2019 and CPANEL.<br \/>\nStrong expertise in IT equipment repair and maintenance, software installations, and CCTV configurations.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with dispatch and logistics coordination for IT equipment.<br \/>\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills across databases, applications, and systems.<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nBachelor of Science in Computing &amp; Information Systems or a related field.<br \/>\nAt least 8 years of experience in IT roles, including leadership and infrastructure support.<br \/>\nProficiency in Cisco technologies, Microsoft technologies, and server infrastructure.<br \/>\nAttributes and Competencies<br \/>\nCustomer-service-oriented with a results-driven mindset.<br \/>\nOperational and process excellence with the ability to work in pressured and deadline-driven environments.<br \/>\nAbility to self-manage workload, work independently, and prioritize effectively.<br \/>\nDetail-oriented with strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nPassion for excellence, bias for action, and a proactive approach to challenges.<br \/>\nStrong relationship-building skills with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
