The ideal candidate should hold a qualification in sales, marketing, or business, or have a minimum of one year\u2019s experience in a similar role.<br \/>\nReporting Structure<br \/>\nReporting To: Branch Manager<br \/>\nInteracts With: Management, employees, clients and customers<br \/>\nJob Description<br \/>\nWork hand in hand with the branch to meet new client targets<br \/>\nSuggest creative direct marketing activities for the branch<br \/>\nSupport the branch with all marketing activities<br \/>\nAttend branch Monday morning meetings and work with the branch to strategize and ensure effective weekly marketing plans<br \/>\nEnsure all prospect lists are submitted to telemarketing<br \/>\nCandidate Specification<br \/>\nExperience: 1 years plus<br \/>\nEducation Level: Certificate Level<br \/>\nQualifications: Certificate\/diploma in sales\/marketing\/business studies or at least 1 year experience in sales<br \/>\nSoftware: MS Office<br \/>\nKnowledge Of: Financial products and services will be a plus<br \/>\nSkills To: Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills<br \/>\nAbility To: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities<br \/>\nOther Requirements: Proven experience as Marketing Officer or similar role<br \/>\nOrganisation<br \/>\nIndustry: Financial Services<br \/>\nCulture: Professional<br \/>\nGender Profile: Mixed<br \/>\nAge Profile: Any<br \/>\nTerms and Conditions<br \/>\nEmployment: Contract<br \/>\nLocation: Lusaka, Zambia<br \/>\nRemuneration: At most 5,000 ZMK<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
