The University is regulated by the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ), the General Nursing Council of Zambia (GNC).<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nTo oversee the Human Resource functions and ensure effective provision of support services.<br \/>\nMain Duties<br \/>\nPlanning and Policy: Oversees the Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<br \/>\nIndustrial Relations: Responsible for bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.<br \/>\nStaff Development: Oversees the administration and organization of all Human Capital activities such as Training and Development, Wellness Programs<br \/>\nRecruitment: Manage the recruitment process through to induction training activities.<br \/>\nLegal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance with Labour Laws and any other legislature relevant to the running of the University.<br \/>\nReports: Prepares and submits monthly management reports to the CEO for<br \/>\ninformation.<br \/>\nCollect appraisal Reports and collate them for Management<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications:<br \/>\nMasters in Human Resource Management\/ Public Administration\/ Business Administration.<br \/>\nHave at least 4 years of senior management experience.<br \/>\nBe a fully paid-up member of good standing of ZIHRM<br \/>\nSkills\/Attributes<\/p>\n<p>In-depth knowledge of Zambian labour laws<br \/>\nInterpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills, highly confidential and well organized<br \/>\nHigh level of Integrity<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
